Cochran names White new chief of staff

White has been Cochran’s State Director since June 2015. According to Cochran’s office, White will be responsible for overseeing Cochran’s Senate office staff in Washington and Mississippi. White will replace Keith Heard who was chief of staff from January 2015 to whom he will be returning to the private sector. “I am optimistic about both the new Congress, and the new Administration, and I look forward to Brad White being my chief of staff. Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Cochran, R.Miss., said that his focus will be on strengthening Mississippi and making our nation more secure. “I am grateful for Keith Heard’s good service to me and the people of Mississippi,” said Cochran. White was previously chief of staff at Mississippi Department of Audit. White served as chairman of the Mississippi Republican Party between 2008 and 2011. White was the chairman of the Mississippi Republican Party from 2008 to 2011.
