Ep 90 Chair of Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus talks about 2020 session

Senator Angela Turner Ford (D-West Point) was elected to the Senate as a special election in 2013. She was replacing her father, Bennie Turner who died in office. Ford, an attorney has been reelected twice. She will be the chair of the Senate Public Property Committee for her next four-year term. Public property includes everything from universities to state offices to prisons. Listen here:
