King of international art exhibitions sets sights on Vicksburg

Jack Kyle, who organised four international art exhibitions in Jackson — Palaces of St. Petersburg; Splendors of Versailles and The Majesty of Spain Royal Collections from Museo del Prado & Patrimonio Nacional — has a plan to create a permanent museum in downtown Vicksburg that focuses on international art. Four international Jackson exhibitions, which opened between 1996 and 2004, attracted 1.3 million people and nearly $175 million in economic impacts.
