Mississippi GOP officials standing with Trump

After the tapes were released on Friday, scores of officials across the country withdrew endorsements and dropped support for Trump. This included former Secretary of State Condoleeza rice and U.S. Senator John McCain. No Mississippi Republican had publicly sided with Trump by Saturday afternoon. Lynn Fitch, the Mississippi Women for Trump Campaign group’s state treasurer, stated that she would continue to support Trump’s candidacy for President. She also said that she was a mother and a woman in office so she takes her role as a role model extremely seriously. We must teach today’s girls how to become tomorrow’s leaders. This means that they must believe that your ability to achieve great things is not dependent on sex but your mind, skills and commitment. Public figures making comments like this make it more difficult.” Gov. Phil Bryant, who has been fundraising for Trump over the past few months and stumped for him, called Trump’s comments “unacceptable” but didn’t stop supporting the candidate. According to the Associated Press, Bryant stated that Trump’s statements “does not align with the man I have gotten the privilege of knowing over the past few months.” He did the right thing and made an apology.” U.S. Senator Roger Wicker described Trump’s comments as “reprehensible” and said that Trump’s actions were “reprehensible.” Wicker also stated Saturday that many of us have done things in our lives that make us ashamed. “It will be interesting to see if Donald Trump can demonstrate genuine remorsefulness and humility.” Lt. Governor. Tate Reeves has publicly supported Trump over the past months and condemned the comments. He said that he looks forward to Trump’s actions in coming days. “Trump’s comments on video are unacceptable and beyond the boundaries of decency as a father of girls. Reeves tweeted Saturday morning, “I hope his apology is sincere.” Many officials from other states withheld support for Trump throughout Saturday. According to news media, the Republican National Committee was considering a range of options including dropping Trump off the ticket. This would be difficult given that early voting is already underway in many states and ballots have already been printed in other states. What would her reaction be if she saw her daughter being groped? These republicans are just as disgusting as Trump. This perverted republican will not be my choice of a republican in the state. He raped a 13-year-old boy. The trial is about to begin. Trump supporters will be suppressed by the rape case. What Trump spoke of in that tape is Hollywood’s reality. He created a lifestyle and life style that he will never forget. As if you had witnessed the accusation. Stop blaming others and get off your high horse. Accept the apology for the unacceptable comments that were recorded 11 years ago and made public by a less deplorable slime who now believes there is something to gain by the release the audio clip. Look at what you have. You are the disgusting candidate if this audio clip is what you need. The choices we have this election cycle are bleak, but the GOP establishment failed provide an alternative, viable candidate. It’s time to dismantle the establishment and send a message to them that they won’t tolerate it. While you don’t need to like Trump or his past, it is unacceptable to allow Hillary to enter the Oval Office. You mean the insincere, unapologetic way he tried to blame Bill for his faults? What is that “apology?” Is it a ploy to make someone look bad for revealing the evil man trump? The thing that can be gained isn’t putting a loser in office and an incompetent into power who will rip up the constitution and shift more of the tax burden onto middle and lower-class citizens who already pay more than their fair share. How can a veteran support a man who insults veterans and defunds any assistance they should be receiving? Sir, you are a disgrace for our country. If your party doesn’t offer a candidate who is worthy of support, don’t vote for them. This will show them that you won’t accept their foolish and poor choices. Do not be loyal if it isn’t earned or deserved. Stand up for America. Clinton is far from perfect but she is still viable. Clinton has enjoyed a successful career in politics for more than 30 years. Trump has orchestrated 5 bankruptcies to rob the US of money to support his lifestyle. He refused to pay for work and services that were valid and wants us to go into more wars that we don’t need. Over the past 40-50 years, trickle down economics has been proved to be a liar and impossible to implement. The rich get tax breaks that allow them to throw huge parties and receive large bonuses, like the bailout. To actually support a man who is a rapist, a pervert and has admitted to it is beyond anyone’s comprehension. Bitter much? This and other venomous, ranting comments of yours show that you are a Hillary supporter in a dying throes. One can still hope. Your candidate is the only one to have supported and defended her evil, lying husband’s many, actual, documented offenses against women. She continues to do so and has not acknowledged the impeachment as well as his many other crimes against women. He is still inseparable from Hillary Clinton, and he may not run for another term, but he actively campaigns for her, and she is willing to allow it. You are an idiot if you don’t see the gross impropriety in his strong-arming the Attorney General during an investigation against Hillary. These dots are not easy to see, but it doesn’t require a genius. Only a rational, non-delusional person can do so. Also, I assume you have never voted for Sanders, who, IMO, would have been at most a marginally superior candidate to Hillary. We won’t be discussing which party produced the best candidate this election cycle, or which party’s candidate didn’t have a chance due to Hillary’s manipulative and underhanded tactics. You are wrong to claim that any candidate will raise taxes on all income levels. Hillary Clinton has repeatedly stated that she will increase taxes. She also wants to salvage Hillarycare/Obamacare by raising even more taxes. She is not willing to reduce taxes or lower costs for taxpayers in any area. If you think that these are the stances of her opponent, then you need your head examined, or a quick review of actual facts, not the “facts” lifted from hillaryclinton.com.
