The Green Eyeshades Award presented five categories of digital news awards to Mississippi Today journalists this week. The Green Eyeshades Award was established in 1950 in recognition of excellence in journalism in the Southeastern United States. Southern members of The Society of Professional Journalists administer this highly competitive awards program.
