White is a Rhodes Scholar who earned his undergraduate economics degree from the University of Mississippi. White earned his master’s degree in economic history from the University of Oxford, and a Harvard Law School law degree. White was the director of policy for then-Lt. Governor Phil Bryant in 2011. Phil Bryant. Later, he was a special prosecutor for Rankin County as well as the director of Mississippi Justice Institute. He also served as adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi. He also earned a certificate of forensic accounting at the University of North Carolina. White and Rina live in Rankin County. They are members of Saint Richard Church.
