Waller has been associated with MEC since more than 11 years. He has served as interim President and CEO for the last eight months following the retirement Blake Wilson. Waller stated, “I look forward working with business leaders and community leaders, as well as elected officials across Mississippi, to continue our state’s economic growth.” Waller was executive vice president and COO at MEC and developed and implemented a comprehensive advocacy strategy. Waller worked as a journalist before joining MEC. He was also the owner and editor for The Madison County Journal.
