Justice Robert P. Chamberlin is a new member of the court. Justice Robert P. Chamberlin joins James W. Kitchens and James D. Maxwell II, who will start their new terms. The oaths will be administered by Chief Justice Bill Waller Jr. Chamberlin, 51 of Hernando was elected in a runoff election Nov. 29 to occupy the open seat for 33-county District 3 Place 1. After almost ten years of service, Justice Ann H. Lamar will be retiring from the post Dec. 31.
